3rd Class History Trip - Mr Gormley's
15th Jun 2026
Mr Gormley’s 3rd class went on a school trip on Thursday, 3rd June. We travelled on the G2 to St James’s Hospital. It was busy on the bus but happily we got all seats eventually. We had great fun travelling on the Luas especially when we zoomed down the hill to Heuston Station. At Heuston, we learned about the trains that depart and arrive at this busy station. At Collins Barracks, we learned lots of interesting information about food and clothing in the past from our tour guides. We marched around the huge square like soldiers and tried to make sure the seagulls did not steal our lunch! We returned to school using the Luas and Dublin bus. We had a great trip.
