On Thursday the 5th of October, Ms. Shannon's class went on a trip to the National Gallery of Ireland. Before we went on our trip we looked at the famous paintings on their official website so we were prepared. We learned different facts about the paintings and the artists. Some of the famous paintings we saw were: The Liffey Swim, The Taking of Christ, Still Life with a Mandolin and Le Corsage Noir. We even learned about a ghost that supposedly haunts the museum at night.
